**Job Description:**

We are currently seeking two talented Cooks to join our team in Mississauga, ON. As a Cook at our establishment, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a wide variety of delicious dishes while maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Prepare and cook a diverse range of menu items, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts.
– Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation specifications.
– Ensure the kitchen area is clean and sanitized at all times.
– Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan and develop new menu items.
– Monitor food supplies and place orders when necessary.
– Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
– Train and supervise kitchen staff as needed.
– Perform other related duties as assigned.
**Qualifications:**
– Previous experience as a Cook or in a similar role is preferred.
– Culinary training or certification is an asset.
– Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
– Familiarity with food safety and sanitation practices.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
– Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
