**Job Details:**
– **Position:** General Contractor
– **Location:** Vaughan, ON
– **Salary:** $23.00 – $31.50 per hour

– **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
**Responsibilities:**
As a General Contractor at Unlimited Building Solutions, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to construction and renovation projects. Your duties may include but are not limited to:
1. **Foundations:** Excavation, concrete pouring, and foundation work.
2. **Framing:** Structural framing for buildings and structures.
3. **Concrete:** Formwork, pouring, finishing, and repair.
4. **Doors/Windows:** Installation, repair, and maintenance.
5. **Drywall/Tape/Mud/Sand:** Hanging drywall, taping, mudding, and sanding.
6. **Floors:** Flooring installation and finishing.
7. **Finish Carpentry:** Trim work, molding, and custom woodwork.
8. **Kitchens/Bath:** Kitchen and bathroom remodeling and installation.
**Requirements:**
To be considered for this position, you should meet the following qualifications:
– Proficiency in one or more of the specified areas (foundations, framing, concrete, etc.).
– WHMIS certification.
– Health and safety training.
– Working at heights certification.
– Bonus: Asbestos worker/supervisor type 3 certification.
– Availability to work evenings and weekends when required.
– Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
